I live in California. I bought a house together with my sister and brother-in-law who live in South Bend, Indiana. Andrew Whitmer coordinated my involvement through email. He was prompt in getting the information and documents to me. And he was prompt in responding to any queries or problems that I had. Having to coordinate with me living out of state and 3 times zones away from South Bend was surely a challenge for Andrew and he handled it very well. I appreciated the use of software to E-sign the necessary documents along the way. It made it easy for me to participate in a timely manner. Andrew provided a mobile notary to coordinate the final closing and document signing at my home in California. It made it easy for me to participate and for me to get the various closing documents signed, notarized and back to him on the day of closing.
